Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of 2010s. Aleesha was part of an extended family of athletes. Her father competed in bodybuilding as did her siblings, and she also were involved in sports such as hockey and ice. Aleesha played softball, soccer, and basketball before she started fitness at 15. Aleesha obtained her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first year of competition that was 2008. In 2014, she participated at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she placed 9th. In 2015, she remained in her 9th place. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016, in her participation in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was consistently improving her performance since then, won her very first pro competition in Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning her first Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. The 4th position was her best finish. The "World's toughest mother" was forced to rest due to health issues.
